The Hanging Girls is a strip of land iconic to Yume Nisshi. It connects to the Church by interacting with a reb orb in one of the pews.
By going all the way to the left, and using the Match effect to light the candle, then going back to the right, you can access the Rose Garden.
It is theorized that Usotsuki witnessed the result of a hanging or a group suicide, perhaps inside the Church or the Catholic school inside the Office.
